At Baker EEO Services (BES), we are committed to setting the standard in EEO investigator training. Founded over 16 years ago, our mission has been to provide exceptional training experiences that empower EEO professionals to effectively manage and resolve workplace discrimination complaints. We specialize in comprehensive training solutions tailored to both newcomers and experienced investigators in the field of equal employment opportunity.
This interactive course fulfills the 32-hour training requirement for new federal investigators. Participants are taught basics regarding EEO law and allowed to develop essential investigative
